HID-D4S bulbs are only being used by
Toyota and Lexus headlamps as of April
2007. HID-D4S bulbs are eco-friendly in that
they are mercury free, and feature a unique
base pattern.
You can find HID-D4S bulbs being used on
the 2007 and newer Solara, Lexus ES 350,
GS 350, GS 430, GS460, IS 250, IS 350, IS F,
LS 460, LS 600h, 2006+ SC 430 along with
other newly designed Toyota Motor vehicles
made after 2007. Check your vehicle bulb
size here.
In order to use the HID-D4S bulb size, your
vehicle must already use HID-D4S bulbs.
They are not interchangeable due to Toyota's
unique D4S bulb base. Our D4S bulbs are
direct factory replacements for newer Toyota
and Lexus vehicles that use them and will
install in the exact manner as your original
bulbs.
